First I would contact the Better Business Bureau, then you call corporate back and ask to speak with a supervisor and let them know you have contacted the BBB. I would demand my money back. By contacting the BBB, they will either have to make things right, or a bad mark goes on their name. I would also contact my local newstation and tell them, here we have local channels that will report when consumers are treated unjust in order to help the consumer...just an idea.

Thanks so much everyone! I have called the corporate office of Petsmart and everyone at Bansfield from the supervisor over customer service to the CEO and I even had my attorney call. Within an hour another vet from another location called but she said that she would have to get back to me so I haven't really gotten a solution yet. However I did make them aware that if this wasn't resolved soon, they would have the tv stations at their doors and a lawsuit on their hands.
