I couldn't find VO-5 Hot Oil at Walmart.
BUT- I did find Matrix Sleek Look Hot Oil Treatments at the Smart Style Salon at Walmart.
I used Shampoo, Hot Oil, Deep Conditioner & Detangle Spray, Blow Dry with Isnis Brush.
Scruffy's coat looks Fabulous!!!
I have decided to give all 4 a Hot Oil Treatment now!
Maybe I should give them a Hot Oil Treatment monthly?
