It could just be where the vaccine went in..mine had that for a few months' after their rabies shots. If it's pliable, and doesn't hurt them, and is about the size of a pea-maybe a little larger, I wouldn't worry too much. Wait a couple weeks and see if it gets smaller. If it does, and then disappears, it's the vaccine.
