I make a pizza quesadilla.. Take 2 tortillas I use the low carb- Whole wheat ones, Put one in a skillet and add toppings, Pizza sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni. and lowfat cheese top with other tortilla and flip till cheese is melted.. Cheap and good for you too..
