Yes you are exactly right, it is actually good to have fewer periods. In the past it was thought to be bad for the body but now thanks to doctors who actually care enough about women's health to do research, they have found that it is fine. And its true that our bodies are not meant to have so many periods. Having a period every month actually causes damage to our bodies. Ask your doctor and read the research.
