Well, I dont put my address on them, heard a story somewhere about a guy petting a dog at the park and then I guess he tried to steal the dog later?

I don't see why not to put the names on them though, but...I like the reward idea and the needs meds (dunno if yours do or not) but that might be a deterrent to someone thinking of keeping them if they need meds?
