I also heard theyare a good source of glucosamine chondroitin, its all basically cartilage for the most part. I am very curious to try, just have to see what Chip's tummy will do about it though. Have you asked your butcher? If you have an Asian market nearby they will most likely carry them. They are relatively inexpensive.
