I understand what you mean. I took Max to get his very first groom to a Petsmart and the girl called me that she could not finish b/c he snapped @ her. I was very surprised as Max had never done that to anyone. I think she was too rough with him and since he didn't know her and it was his first time he got snappy and nervous. But I will be taking him from now on to a groomer that I found which does grooming for show dogs. She's charging me less than Petsmart for the same cut But thank you for the warning.
