Never fed them myself because I can't source them, however I do know that in moderation they are a great source of glucoasamine and chondroitin. The problem is that alot of pet foods are made up completely of things like chicken feet.
Abbie'smom feeds them so should be able to help. I would think freeze them for 48 hours, then defrost and feed.
