I'm on Seasonale and only have four periods a year (one every 3 months). It's been GREAT! I'm very regular - start on a Tuesday every time and my periods are very light and last 4-5 days. No cramps (although I never had cramps), light bleeding..it's great. When I first started using them I did have some breakthrough spotting in between periods which I was told is common at first. But I never have breakthrough bleeding anymore. Also, I start my series of pills on sundays which is how the pills are set up to take (labeled by day) so you might get confused if you start on a different day.
