I know a groomer who has retired and turned over the business to his son. When I started fostering Yorkies, & Bichons I had ask him about prices and tips. He said prices for grooming depends on what all you want done, and tips are usually 15 to 20% depending on the time it takes to groom. I use to have him cut nails only, but now I just do that myself, along with the grooming. He charged $5.00 for nail cut and file.
