That's crazy - Izzy has been to two puppy training sessions one was 6 weeks @$125 and one 4 week @$95. Our trainer just increased his prices but even still - Izzy is enrolled to attend in November CGC (Canine Good Citizen) which is another 6 week class @$135. You might want to check around - that $700 is pretty high.
