best way i found to train an older dog is to have a pad in hand and when you see them start to go...slip the pad under them...they will eventually "get it" ... meanwhile leave a pad on the floor near where they are having their accidents and every couple of days move it closer to the door.... good luck .. & it is so great of you to take in 2 babies... the older ones don't get placed easily and they need just as move TLC..... |
