Yeah and she needs both of those meds. Oscar had 7 (I think) teeth pulled when he was neutered and he at his crunchy kibble that night!
Pulling teeth was not hard on him so I bet you could put your fingers in her jaw and pry open far enough to get some med crumbs down her. If not, you might have to go back to the vet again. I bet they would pry her mouth open to administer the meds to her. I hope you find something that works.
