Actually I have used some other people on YT and have found that their items equally as good, (Connie, Des, and Jodie)

However, when I had a problem with one of the others, (deliberately NOT mentioned above) there was no compassionate customer service and no refunds (even though it was not a custom made item) ...

Sonja, on the other hand, always worked with me concerning fit and colors, etc. So, if it ain't broken, I don't try to fix it.
And she was most helpful to me when I was a new member.

I have had to cut back on buying things for the furgirls since my human kid started graduate school.

This is my opinion ....
