i think it depends on the dog.. it was 11 degrees here tonight (celcius) and rainy but Layla LOVES the cold weather.. she had a sweater and a vest on.... she will go out no matter how cold it is here... i just make sure i dress her appropriately... and they work so hard when they walk she is always hot when we come home!
