Was his name already Skip or is he adjusting to a new name? As for the boyfriend not liking him. He's new to your family, he's still young and he's in a new place with new people....he needs time to adjust...he'll play in time....tell him to keep trying because it's good for the baby, it will help him trust your boyfriend.
