He just needs some time to get used to it, try giving him a snack when you put his clothes on, make him walk to get the snack. After a few he shouldn't have a problem. My little boy Cash did not like clothes either and he was so tiny, well he still is tiny. He loves wearing clothes now, he won't go to the door unless he has something on
