We have also cut ours back, we have everyone over for Christmas dinner thats our gift to them and over the years it has grown too, last year it was 30 people and 9 dogs, this is all the extended family and servicemen my son brings home with him, and friends that don't have a family, I hate the thought of someone being along on Christmas Day.
