Poor baby! You know little Cisco better than anyone ... if you feel there's something wrong, if I were you I would take him in and have it checked. You can just never know and if your vet doesn't appreciate your taking such good care of your baby, I would find one who does.
I have paid a lot of "scared" vet bills but would much rather be safe than sorry. Please update later.
