I always have sinus problems and when I was pregnant the doctor always told me that Sudafed was safe to take. You can also do a saline nose spray such as Afrin. Of course they don't work as fast as "real" drugs would work but it did help things. I hope you feel better soon! It sucks being pregnant and sick and not able to take any good stuff!
