I would freak out if someone came outside with a gun and discharged it in a residential area. That is reckless. It is also cruel. Next time that dog escapes, dont take it home, take it to a no kill shelter before he blows it's brains out too. I hope you are able to put it out of your mind soon. What a terrible thing for you to see.
