I promise you, it was horrible. It's been a couple of days now and I still can't get it off my mind.

I should've emptied my groceries at home and loaded her up to go to the vet, but they were home and I had no idea he'd do something like that.

They still have 3 jack russells. 1 stays in the house unless it escapes - then my son takes it back home - then the other 2 are chained in the backyard inside a fence because they can both jump it.

The county I live in is about to pass a regulation that dogs can't be chained at all and I can't wait until it happens.

I don't associate with these people - they're kind of trashy - but I see these poor dogs every day!
