SAdly, like I said in the other thread, stuff like this does happen. I have had it happen myself, maybe instead of jumping on someone, give them the benifit of the doubt. She could have taken the dog to the vet, and they did just let it drain, I had a very similar situation, and that is what we were told to do, with antibiotics. Had someone seen my cat, they may have thought the same thing, and I was activly seeking treatment for her condition. I feel this is a sad story, but it does happen, even with vertrinary care. I did find a better vet after my cat had issues, but until then I had never even thought to question what he was doing.
