OH MY GOD.......I was not expecting to read that. I would of called the police or something. That is illegal here in NY!
I hope they never own a dog again. Obviously he is a cheap bastard that he could not do the right thing and bring Bear to be put to sleep.
He better hope that when he is old laying in a bed of pee someone does not give him the same fate. I am so angry and I don't even know these people!
