I had Muffin for 14 years. She would just plain get tired of the same thing day in and day out. A little variety won't hurt them.
If you have a little yorkie, add some water and maybe a little Gerber chicken baby food and stir it up good. When I first got Kacee, her teeth were not in good enough to eat the dry kibble, so we ground it and added water and a little baby food; stirred it up good and she ate it. Then she graduated to unground kibble with water and baby food stirred into it. Now she eats just the dry kibble and once a day I give her canned dog food. |
