No, she didn't say anything about harrassment. I'm not sticking up for this woman at all. I am grasping and hoping that this poor little girl is going to a better home. There is NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER for that dog not being treated. She said she took her back to the vet and he said just to let it drain. I can't imagine a vet doing that surgery and taping her to begin with then telling someone to let is seep. If that is the case, the owner of this dog isn't the only one needing investigated.
