I TOTALLY agree. That poor dog should not have been bred. I sure hope her other animals are somehow faring a LOT better than this poor little girl is. She actually should be investigated for the sake of the animals. If she is a legal kennel, there would be surprise inspections. If she isn't legal, there needs to be an investigation. Maybe you could have someone go check it out like they are interested in the 6 month old male she has for sale for $800. If it is fine, we can have a better piece of mind for what they have found. If it is not, arrangements can be made to have an investigation started.
