Thanks for an update. This story sickens me, and if I could've I would've drove up there and got the little girl myself. I hope she's alright now and I can't believe that woman kept a puppy. If she couldn't afford to take the girl to a vet what makes her think she can afford to take the puppy to a vet? Puppies are way expensive!! People irritate me sometimes....
