Definitely keep her hydrated .. give her some supplement to keep her glucose up .. nutri cal or forti cal.. change her diet to a bland diet of chicken and rice .. no seasoning... if this continues she should see the vet for a shot of reglan... hope she has not gotten into any greasy foods ..
