It seems like when I scroll down on a page, it "sticks" (meaning that it pauses and takes a while for it to scroll down) - like it was doing when we had all the underlined green words. I was just about to log off because I couldn't take it anymore, lol...but decided I better head over here first and ask if anyone else was experiencing it, and sure enough I am not the only one
