Harley (5months) refuses to poop outside also. When its time to poop I will take him out, and we will be outside for 15-30 min, waiting for him to do his business, nothing! BUT as soon as we come in POOP! Lol. He does use his pee pads though. ( Someone told me to put them in a out of the way place where he can have privacy, and that seems to work.)
He still has the occasional accident. But Harley has never pooped outside.
So I would like to hear what others have to say also.
