If you want to have any chance at all of keeping them both, they will need to be neutered.

If that doesn't solve the problem, I would consult a trainer. Also watching the Dog Whsiperer on The national Geographic Channel, will help you to understand dog behavior and how you can become the pack leader, oputting them both in a submissive position.

There really is no reason that you all cannot live in harmony once they are both neuterd. Maybe your vet will work with you on the cost.

I wish you luck. I'm sure you will find a way if you want to keep them both as badly as you say you do.
