We leave the tv on - it use to be animal planet prior to getting Captain - but Captain watches the tv and barks at all animals....so now they get the today show and whatever comes on after that all day.
(Does anyone else have a dog that can actually tell what is on tv?? Captain is the only one of our 4 that reacts when things come on the tv.)
