i have a 4lb little girl who i usually do not worry about in my house. the things i do worry about is jumping off the bed (if she decides not to take the ramp which 99% of the time she uses) or running too fast down the stairs and taking a fall. When we're out I don't like other people picking her up unless they are yorkie owners or have a similar munchkin sized dog. At the dog park i worry that she'll get run over by slightly bigger dogs. I worry when she's around pugs, westies, jack russels, and bostons mostly (they are usually insane at the dog park)

health wise i don't worry about her too much because she's pretty sturdy for her size. she's been stepped on, kicked down a few steps and tossed aside, all by accident of course. She's usually good about not being underfoot so i don't worry about dropping things on her or stepping on her now that she's older and learned that she might get kicked.
