I'm going to stay away from the whole health issue thing because I tend to get up on my soap box when it comes to health and tiny yorkies.

I will say that I have a little one who is 1.5 - 2.0 lbs and I worry about every move she makes. Its like having a butterfly for a pet. One wrong move on my part or her's would kill her. I have to limit guests in my home for fear that they could step on her. The other day I opened the freezer and a hot pocket fell out. I went into a panic because it hit the floor next to her and I knew that even a stupid hot pocket could have killed her. IMHO, anything under 4 lbs is too small and I personally prefer a Yorkie over 5 lbs.
