Yes they are both males and they are not fixed. The vet could not assure me that fixing them would work. I can't afford to get them both fixed and the humane society never called me back about doing it less expensive. Taz would be great for breeding but I tht is one sacrifice that should be made, I know. My vet wants to charge $150 per dog, is that normally what it should cost? Do you think that this could still work or would it be too late?
