I'm glad you are keeping her tonight but I'm surprised they were going to do a bile acid test today. She must fast for 12 hours before doing the test and thats not safe for your little one to do at this point.
Please make the recipe that I posted earlier. It will prevent hypoglycemia and give her some much needed nutrition. For now, I would not add any kibble and just use the recipe as is. Most dogs will eat it without assistance but if she does not then give her 1-2 ccs using a syringe every few hours. Or use the rebound if your vet had it. Good luck, I hope it works. I swear to you that when I first posted on here, Lily was hanging by a thread because she would not eat. I don't think she would have made it through the night without this recipe and the Rebound.
