My shih tzu is like that. She will clean the faces of the other two dogs whenever they get close enough to her and if she is in our laps she is licking on our arms or faces - whatever she can reach. I'm sure it is OCD but it is harmless so I just let her alone. This is the puppy mill rescue so that probably explains it. |
