I just posted this in another thread but it will help you as well. I rescued my little Lily at 7 weeks and she would not eat either, here is what worked for her.

I used the following recipe:
1/2 cup goat's milk
1/2 cup Gerber rice cereal
1 jar of Gerber's baby meat (I used beef)
1 tsp. karo syrup

I slowly added ground up kibble increasing the ratio of kibble to the above mixture every day. I also gave her Rebound which is a liquid supplement and provides a full days worth of nutrients. She would not have made it without either one of these.

I also had success with the Gerber's meat sticks but that was about all she would eat.
