right now i homecook for Layla and honestly thought that was THE best, but after reading on here about raw, and going online and looking it up (search BARF for dogs) i realized that this is THE best, and while i am not ready to just hand Layla a bone, i do want to start somewhere, and i think pre made is best for us right now. I have yet to buy a book JUST on raw feeding, but i have Dr. Pitcairn's book on Natural Dog and Cat care where he talks about raw. This is a great book even if you want to home cook.. LOTS of info!!! if you want more suggestions on books, PM MyFairLacy she feeds raw, but not premade and knows A LOT more than i do!
