this custom that is conducted in remembrance of St. Francis of Assisi’s love for all creatures - and his feastday was this past Thursday, October 4th. I missed it at our church...
Izzy ran once and almost into the street too, you are just so grateful and happy that they are back in your arms and not hit or stolen - there was no way I could have been made at her.....well...for a split second and then you are kissin them and holding them telling them not to scare mommy anymore like that.
