Stomper was neutered at 4 months which is pretty darn early. He is now almost 8 months and he started lifting his leg to go potty. Is this normal for a neutered male dog? Perhaps it is male instinct and it is normal. Just wanted to see if others expereienced the same thing... Please let me know.
