 How do you protect your yorkies???
..........I would love to hear how some of you have protected your babies in the face of confrontation.....now that I have 3 instead of one I am more concerned than ever.....once when walking my yorkie w my girlfriend a white pitt bull came out of nowhere and charged at millee.....( I love pitt bulls but it turns out this one was raised by a guy who was in the newspaper and just convicted of a serious crime....so I'm sure he trained this dog improperly)...I was able to scoop millee up in a millisecond but then it went after my friends dog's throat....I lunged at him and screamed NO and stomped my foot and he looked up at me scared and ran away..........I still can't believe this worked but it did and I am so grateful we were able to protect my friend's dog.......have any of you had a similar situation and what did you do???? |
