I don't take deposits until my pups are about 6wks and have been vet checked and I can tell more about them. Then I can price them. It's still early at 6 wks to know for sure what they will turn out like, but you have a much better idea. You will have no idea at such a young age about looks, temperment, health , etc. I see no reason why buyer would put a deposit down on such a young pup unless they have been waiting for a certain line for their breeding program, showing etc. ( even then it's a crap shoot)
