Rebel does seem to get overstimulated when we go out. I've tried letting Rebel go out a couple minutes ahead of Lucy, but he waits at the bottom of the back steps, barking like a maniac, until she comes down. If I try to pick him up, he runs. That's why I think maybe I should pick him up before we go outside so Lucy can go first before I put him down.

I know Lucy could really "get" him if she wanted to, but she just lets him get away with it. I almost wish she would roll him over a couple of times so he'd maybe get the message.
