I did a Google search before we went to Mexico, and was able to get the forms needed for the dogs to be allowed into the country. I know that they can't go to Hawaii, Ireland, or England without a quarrentine, so we won't take them there. We always get the health certificates just before we go, and put them on the flea/tick medication when we are going some place that has fleas and ticks. Germany seems to be pet friendly, so that's why we were considering going there.
