I was thinking giardia as well.
I wouldn't give any more chicken even though it's yummy.
All my dogs, Bernese and Yorkies are on California Natural lamb. They get runny poops on chicken.

By the way your vet should have asked for a stool sample FIRST. Really how dumb
of the vet.
