Default Doggie cold?

Today is Nahla's first day with us! We drove down to GA yesterday to pick her up and right back home - it was 23 hours total. I imagine this caused some amount of unavoidable stress for her, but she seemed to do just fine. She had a snuggle buddy in the crate (another puppy I was transporting), food, water, and Nutrical. She's a big girl, has a great appetite, and is drinking water.

Buuut, she seems to be sniffling and sneezing. The best way to describe it is like that distinctive smoker's hacking (lol) - she'll do that 3-5 times and it will end with a sneeze-like sound. Can our babies get colds like us?

My best guess is maybe she's adjusting from Florida's warm weather to our Maryland weather (it's warm here, but not as hot) - but I really don't have a clue. Does anyone know what's going on? Our vet is closed for the weekend but I was planning to take her in Monday just for a check up & to get her in the system... I don't need to run to the emergency vet for this, right? She's energetic and doing great otherwise.

Thanks in advance
