All the recent sad and happy stories of lost and found Yorkies reminded me that I had meant to confirm Coby's microchip registration.
When we went back in for suture removal, I had already asked the vet to scan him and show me the scanner, so I could see the correct chip id number myself. So, if used, Coby would at least make it back to my vet. But I never did get a confirmation from the database to whom I had sent my personal information. So I called today and they confirmed they did have me correctly in their database under Coby's chip number.
Just wanted to remind everyone to confirm their registration or update their information if anything has changed. (Maybe I'll try to hook that to changing the smoke alarm batteries when the time changes!
)
